You tell us what you're building. We ask the right questions about materials, tolerances, quantities, and timeline.
02
Engineering
Our print masters review your files, optimize for production, and recommend the best material and print strategy.
03
Production
We print, inspect, and quality-check every part. You get consistent results run after run.
04
Delivery
Parts ship directly to you or your customer. We handle packaging, labeling, and logistics.
Questions

Frequently asked.

What's the minimum order quantity?+
There isn't one. We handle single prototypes and production runs of 500+ with the same level of attention. No minimums, no setup fees.
What file formats do you accept?+
We accept .STL, .OBJ, .3MF, .STEP, .IGES, .SLDPRT, .SLDASM, .X_T (Parasolid), and .DXF files. If you're working in a different CAD format, reach out. We can likely accommodate it.
Can you print in multiple colors?+
Each part prints in one solid color. We offer a wide selection of colors in PLA and PETG. Just pick the one you want from our swatches when you order. If you need a part in multiple colors, you can order the same model in different colors and assemble them, or reach out through our business services to discuss your project.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes. If your project requires confidentiality, check the NDA box on the inquiry form and we'll discuss it during our consultation. If the scope of work calls for one, we'll get it in place before any sensitive information is exchanged. Your IP stays yours.
What printing technology do you use?+
We use FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) with an enclosed fleet of industrial-grade printers. This gives us precise temperature control, consistent layer adhesion, and the ability to run engineering-grade materials including carbon fiber and glass fiber composites, polycarbonate, flame-retardant PC, nylon, ASA, and flexible TPU.
What's the maximum part size?+
Our standard bed size is 256 × 256 × 256 mm (roughly 10 × 10 × 10 inches). If you need something bigger, let's discuss. We have options to accommodate larger builds.
What are your tolerances?+
We guarantee ±0.5mm on every part, and most parts come in tighter at ±0.3mm. For applications that need even more precision, let us know during the inquiry. We can adjust print settings, speeds, and post-processing to get closer depending on the geometry and material.
How fast can you turn around a production run?+
If you bring us print-ready files, we can begin production within 24 hours and set up a production schedule from there. If the project requires design work, CAD, or engineering review, the timeline will vary depending on scope. We'll discuss during our initial meeting.
I don't have a CAD file. Can you design the part?+
Yes. We offer design services. Whether you need a part designed from scratch, a sketch turned into a CAD file, or an existing design optimized for manufacturing, we can help. Pricing varies depending on the scope of work, so we'll discuss that during our initial conversation.
Can you handle ongoing production?+
Yes. We set up a recurring production schedule tailored to your needs, including quantity, cadence, and delivery timeline. You focus on selling, we focus on manufacturing.
Do you offer post-processing?+
Yes, post-processing is included with every print. We remove all supports, clean up the surface, and inspect the part before shipping. If your project needs additional finishing like sanding or acetone smoothing (ABS), just let us know in your project details.
